The VITO XS fryer oil filter is the perfect solution for operations with larger deep fryers. Featuring a 40-liter tank and a unique vacuum filtration system, it ensures efficient and hygienic handling of frying oil in your kitchen.

The X-Series operates on a straightforward principle with a focus on oil savings and safety: the unit creates a vacuum and draws the used frying oil through a hose into a closed tank. Since the hot oil is not drained manually, a safer working environment around the fryer is created. During this innovative oil removal process, the frying medium passes through an eco-friendly filter pad. This ensures ultra-fine microfiltration without the use of chemicals or additives. By removing even the finest food residues and carbon particles, oil savings of up to 50% are achieved. After emptying, the fryer can be thoroughly cleaned, while the oil is securely stored in the VITO X filtration system. Afterwards, the filtered oil is pumped back into the fryer. The result? Clean oil for delicious fried products and satisfied customers.
