For sale is a robust and operational roll forming machine for the production of corrugated and tile profile sheets from aluminum. The line is suitable for the continuous manufacturing of various profile geometries.

The machine was commissioned in October 1990 at Leichtmetallwerk Nachterstedt GmbH and stands out thanks to its solid industrial construction. The integrated profiling section, cutting and embossing tools, as well as the automatic stacking unit, enable an efficient production process from coil to finished profile.

The line is particularly designed for the production of roofing profiles, tile profiles, and aluminum corrugated profiles, making it highly versatile for sheet metal processing and profile manufacturing applications.

Currently manufactured profiles:
- Tile profile 33/175; Material thickness: 0.6 mm
- Asymmetric corrugation 33/175; Material thicknesses: 0.6 mm and 0.7 mm
- Aluminum corrugated profile 28/125; Material thicknesses: 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, and 1.0 mm

Condition & Inspection:
The line is ready for production, fully operational, and currently in use. Functionality can be demonstrated at any time upon request during an on-site visit.
