Closed machine construction.
The machine consists of:
Base frame with protective enclosure in sturdy box-section design, welded with steel sheet cutouts.
Base frame fitted with 2 brush units and 2 split conveyor belts.
The infeed depth adjustment is manual, via linear guides with trapezoidal-thread spindle and handwheel with position indicator.
Brush unit designed for brush diameter 150 mm. Brush shaft diameter: 40 mm. Adjustable bearing for setting the brush shaft.
2 pressure rollers per brush unit.
Pressure roller made of flange ball bushings and linear shaft with compression spring.
Dust extraction connection: 1 pc per brush unit, diameter 140 mm.
Conveyor belt, 300 mm wide, PVC belt with Supergrip coating.
Drive via frequency converter and geared motor.
Control cabinet consisting of:
Floor-standing enclosure 1800 x 800 x 400 mm
Emergency stop device with emergency stop loop and
HOG stationary brush machine BM300 dual-sided reset button.
2 conveyor motors, each 0.75 kW
4 brush drives, each 3 kW, 3 x 400 V, door contact switch.

Control elements are mounted in the control cabinet door.
