The machine can be equipped with a modern ESS servo drive system, which significantly improves the energy efficiency of hydraulic injection moulding machines.
The system controls the operation of the hydraulic pump motor by using a frequency inverter, which adjusts the motor speed to the actual demand of the machine during the production cycle. This means electrical power is consumed only when strictly required.
