Motor and Hydraulic System
The machine is equipped with a powerful electric motor coupled to a high-pressure hydraulic pump unit. The electric motor continuously drives the hydraulic pump, ensuring a constant supply of pressurised oil throughout the system. This pressure oil supplies the clamping cylinder, the injection plungers of both units, as well as the ejector system. The thick red hydraulic hoses behind unit B transport this high-pressure oil flow — both units are serviced by independent hydraulic circuits, allowing unit A and unit B to operate simultaneously and without mutual interference.

Both independent injection units are arranged at a 90° angle to each other — in an L-shape. The mould is locked with 300 tons of force. Unit A injects the main material into the mould at 1834 bar. Immediately afterwards, Unit B injects the second material or second colour from a 90° angle into the same mould at 1620 bar. Both materials bond together at the molecular level within the mould, cooling is completed, and the ejectors push out the finished 2K component. No gluing, screwing or assembly is necessary — two materials are combined in a single cycle to form a single part.

Automotive interior and exterior trim components, large technical plastic parts, parts combining a hard base body with a soft-grip surface, large-area two-colour components.
