Jehmlich REKORD 630-SSt

The impact mills of the REKORD 212-630 series, in the welded housing version, are robust universal mills designed for demanding industrial applications in continuous operation.

● Size: 630 mm (nominal rotor diameter)
● Mill housing: Robust, pressure shock resistant stainless steel welded housing (AISI316L), rated for 10 bar, with product-contact surface finish Ra ≤ 1.6 μm for easy cleaning, featuring a pivoting door and safety interlock (HAAKE key transfer system). Includes monitoring of housing and bearing temperature and vibration.
● Mill inlet: JACOB pipe, DN 150 mm
● Mill outlet: Ground product and air discharge downwards into a suction hopper, optimized for connection to a conveying line leading to the main separator
● Mill drive: Belt drive, three-phase motor, energy efficiency class IE3 (manufacturer SIEMENS), 90 kW, 3~ 400 V, IP55; suitable for operation with frequency converter
● Sealing materials: Silicone; PTFE, seal material complies with EU and FDA food hygiene regulations
● Grinding elements: Pin rotor with 4 rows of pins, pin diameter 7 mm (wear-reduced); pin stator with 3 rows of pins without outer pin circle, pin diameter 7 mm
● Bearing: Designed for the most demanding continuous operation, high-performance bearing unit with temperature and vibration monitoring (early detection of possible bearing failure and prevention of hot surfaces)
● Inert gas supply/monitoring for the shaft seal on the grinding chamber side
● Operation monitoring for detecting operating faults
● Machine frame: The complete unit (mill, drive with motor, tension rails, belt drive, and guard) is supplied ready for operation on a solid base frame with height-adjustable machine feet
