Overview
This synchroblock comprising a blow molding machine, filling machine, and capping machine was manufactured in 2011 by the Italian company Kosme S.r.l. The KSB 4R-40-10 IsoBlock model integrates stretch blow molding, isobaric filling, and capping in a single, compact system. Currently, the machine is used for bottling cider into 1.5-liter PET bottles at a capacity of 7,200 bottles per hour (8 g/l CO₂). It will remain in production until December 2025 and can be inspected on-site by prior arrangement. The system includes preform and cap feeding units. The sale price includes disassembly, handling, packaging, and loading onto a truck. Note: CIP and mixer are not included in this offer.
