The material to be cut can be fed manually or using any mechanical feeding system, while the tool feed is automatic. The blade guides are equipped with special carbide plates and bearings, which have a significant effect on the blade guidance, its service life, straightness, as well as the accuracy and quality of the cut. The saw arm, featuring a rigid construction, is made from profiled cast iron, ensuring high stability and low vibrations during cutting. The machine's control panel is located on the saw arm. The drive from the electric motor to the drive wheel of the saw blade is transmitted through a worm gear. The saw blade is tensioned across two cast iron wheels and guided by a manual tensioning mechanism as well as adjustable rolling and sliding carbide blade guides. Inside the machine there is a separate coolant tank with an electric pump, which increases the service life of the saw blade and improves the cutting quality.
