We are offering a used, fully functional flow rack system with a two-level structure (ground and upper floor) for sale. This system is perfectly suited for storage and order picking according to the FIFO principle (First In – First Out) and is ideal for logistics, shipping, or production facilities. The rack is optimized for boxes measuring 600 x 400 x 250 mm, with a total storage capacity of 3,000 boxes.

Dimensions
The system has an overall length of approx. 37 m, divided into two blocks: one continuous block (approx. 20 m), a staircase section (approx. 1.3 m), and a second block with a passageway (approx. 15.6 m). The total depth is approx. 4.6 m, consisting of two rack depths of 1.3 m each and a central service aisle of around 2 m. The frame height is approx. 4.3 m, with the underside of the intermediate floor (upper level) at about 2 m—allowing for ergonomic working conditions on the ground floor.

Construction and Equipment
Each bay is approx. 2.12 m wide (frame width approx. 0.1 m) and features a total of 10 flow channels—5 on the ground floor and 5 on the upper floor. The shelf heights are adjustable via perforated uprights, allowing flexible adaptation to different product sizes. The channels are equipped with roller tracks featuring a slight incline, ensuring that goods and handling units automatically slide forward to the picking side.

Access to the upper floor is via an integrated staircase. A central aisle between the rows enables stock replenishment from the rear and picking from the front.
