For assembling popular frames. During the stapling process, the machine operator has a clear view of the frames and the possibility to make any necessary positional adjustments if required. Both parts of the frame are placed into the stop and locked in place by a pneumatically actuated clamp equipped with a special rubber pad to avoid damaging delicate frames.

The stop is movable, allowing two staples to be inserted at the desired distance.

The Joint 502 can apply two different staples, even of different sizes, at the desired axial distance, with both stapling units positioned accordingly.
