Q-Fin Quality Finishing Machines Q-Fin SER600 - MAG TS

The high-performance deburring machine for deburring, edge rounding, and finishing steel parts up to 600 mm in width.

This deburring and finishing machine from Q-Fin has been specifically developed for applying a large radius of up to 2 mm to steel sheet.

With the Q-Fin SER600 Super Edge Rounder, you can deburr, grind, break edges, round, deslag, remove oxide layer, or create a line finish on sheet metal parts up to 600 mm wide. A combination of these operations is also possible.

The throughput rate of the SER600 is 3 to 5 times higher than comparable machines.

This new 2025 model is equipped with a magnetic support, making it ideal for processing steel cut parts and other magnetic materials. The machine is fitted with 5 processing stations. Operation is simple via an HMI touchscreen on the front of the machine.

The first station of the SER600 features a grinding unit.
The belt of this unit removes burrs and/or heat discoloration from the product surface.
If there are no burrs, the grinding belt can be omitted or removed. It is also possible to process your part with a finer abrasive belt or finish with a Scotch-Brite belt.

The second and third stations comprise the disc brush unit with 4 oscillating disc brushes. The fourth and fifth stations are equipped with 2 round brushes rotating in opposite directions. These brushes are used to remove sharp edges by edge breaking or, thanks to the unique combination of two brush systems, by forming a radius of up to R=3 mm.

With the use of special brushes, the SER600 with magnetic system is also very suitable for removing oxide layers from steel products or slag from plasma-cut components.

We offer the combination with a WES6000 wet grinding dust extraction system as the 'SER600 Set'.

The WES6000, developed by Q-Fin, is designed to safely extract grinding dust without pressure loss. This extraction system is made entirely of stainless steel, works with wet operation, and extracts grinding dust from stainless steel, steel, and aluminum, thus eliminating fire and explosion hazards. According to Q-Fin, it is the safest, simplest, and most sustainable way to extract grinding dust. With the WES6000, there is no more grinding dust in the air and/or the work environment.

The machines can be viewed by appointment in Bergeijk. Both machines come with a 1-year warranty on the frame and all non-wearing parts.
